Gutter Clearing & Drainage Check – Blocked gutters can cause moisture issues and property damage. Our team clears debris from roof gutters and downpipes, ensuring proper drainage and preventing moisture ingress. Additional costs apply for multi-level properties.

Smoke Detector Review & Battery Replacement – Working smoke alarms are a legal requirement for rental properties. We test all smoke detectors, replace batteries as needed, and ensure they meet current compliance standards.
