Heating: Ensuring the main living area has a fixed heating device capable of maintaining a minimum temperature of 18°C.

Insulation: Verifying ceiling and underfloor insulation meet the required R-values and are in good condition.

Ventilation: Confirming that kitchens and bathrooms have appropriately sized extractor fans vented to the outside, and that all habitable rooms have windows or doors that open to the outside.

Moisture Ingress and Drainage: Checking for efficient drainage systems, including gutters and downpipes, and the presence of ground moisture barriers where necessary.

Draught Stopping: Identifying and addressing unreasonable gaps or holes that cause noticeable draughts.

Following the assessment, you'll receive a detailed report and quote outlining any areas requiring attention to achieve compliance.

Reassessment Services and Compliance Documentation

Upon completion of required improvements, we provide all necessary documentation to demonstrate your property's compliance with the Healthy Homes Standards, ensuring you meet legal obligations.

For properties previously assessed, we offer reassessment services to ensure ongoing compliance, especially between tenancies or when re-entering the rental market.
