Annual High Wall Heat Pump Service –  $125+GST ($143.75 incl GST)

Our yearly heat pump service is designed to keep your unit running smoothly, providing optimal heating and cooling efficiency. This service includes:

 – Full system test in all modes

 – Cleaning of all filters, coils, and realigning of fins on both the indoor and outdoor units if required. 

 – Testing of indoor fan speed in low and high flow.

 – Checking the fan wheel condition (removal and cleaning if needed).

 – Flushing and testing of the condensate drain and drip tray.

 – Clearing of obstructions around the outdoor unit.

 – Replacement of remote batteries.

Annual Ducted System Service – $250+GST ($287.50 incl GST)

Our ducted system service ensures your entire home benefits from even, efficient airflow. This service includes the before mentioned tests where applicable and the below:

 – Inspection of all outlet diffusers.

 – Checking flexible ducting for proper support and installation.

 – Ensuring all rooms receive an appropriate volume of air.
